Our Mission
In order to truly advance the human experience through design, we must have a deep understanding of the diversity of cultures, backgrounds, needs and emotions that shape our world. We are wholeheartedly committed to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive working environment for all frogs, and to co-creating products, services and experiences that represent and serve our global community. We believe that diversity and inclusion yields game-changing results that touch hearts and move markets, is essential to our strategic growth objectives, and is how we will make our mark on the future.

Our Commitment
In order to fulfill our mission to design a more diverse, equitable and inclusive world, we also need to be transparent and real about the work we have yet to do from the inside out. The first step, like with any frog project, was to understand the problems and pain points in order to come up with solutions—not just empty statements. As a result, our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, made up of frogs from across our global studios, has identified the following commitments to help us achieve a more equitable company, community and world.
