What will you be doing? 

As a Business Analyst, you will work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and scope of analytics projects. You will convert business requirements into technical requirements and create solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders to meet their needs.

What you have:  

  • MBA, relevant Masters degree, or 3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in extracting data from disparate sources, combining and harmonizing data, summarizing data to create reports and KPIs, and create dashboards.


  • Interact with business users and stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and to communicate insights and results.
  • Identify data sources within the company that would support the analytical task.
  • Transform data so as to address the task.
  • Summarize results from a business perspective and present to the business users.


  • DB programming to extract data (SQL, Python, Databricks, or equivalent).
  • Analysis to create results and insights (Python, R, Excel, Power Query, or equivalent).
  • Presentation  or results (PowerPoint, dashboarding in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View, or equivalent).

It would be a bonus if you had: 

  • Strong knowledge of data and analytics trends and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities
  • Strong experience in developing business case for analytics projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements dictated by business and IT requirements
  • Highly structured and conceptual mindset coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving aptitude
