The Position: Senior Experience Designer
Senior Experience Designers craft how the individual interacts with a product or service. This requires leading lead product / service research, concepting, information architecture development (site maps, user flows, sketches, wireframes, navigation models), systematic design, and interaction design to create powerful digital, physical and/or environmental experiences.
This is not a support role: you will be hands-on; executing designs and establishing a strong point of view for the User Experience on the program many times directly with our clients. Senior Interaction Designers are able to discover, understand, and communicate the business requirements of our clients, the emotional desires of their customers, and the context in which these two come together. You will be the voice of expertise through the design and facilitation of workshops with all levels of the client organization.
Having a strong passion for and understanding of user-centered design processes, systemic thinking, and interaction design principles is crucial for your success.
