frogThink® is frog's approach to long-term creative partnerships. It is a means of infusing creativity into client organizations through facilitated work sessions and collaborative activities. We deploy frogThink at moments of clarity and confusion to create alignment, to generate new and innovative ideas, and to escape the paralysis that’s all too common in corporate cultures.
frogThink comprises a flexible set of methods that can be used at many different points in the creative process: First, we identify strategic opportunities and value propositions for new offerings. Then, we synthesize ideas and research into key insights and opportunities. Next, we ideate on concepts for new products, services, and customer experiences. Finally, we define and prioritize requirements for new offerings and a plan for implementation. We do all of these things with our clients to create a collaborative culture and provide them with a model for the creative process they can continue to use.
frogThink sessions are carefully designed. We produce activities that explicitly target a specific business problem. We then use various worksheets, artifacts, methods, and techniques to encourage our clients to think about their business in new ways.
During a session, normal meeting decorum is replaced with a highly focused, energized, and structured approach to
creativity. The session can last from several hours to several days, and it demands that stakeholders reframe their understanding of their core business. Through this reframing comes risk and uncertainty, but with that comes reward and insight. The output of a frogThink is a set of actionable materials that can ensure alignment, create disruptive innovation, or formalize scope and drive consensus.
