The Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Munich

The Contribution

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be based in Munich and provide full-time EU-wide support to frog's Talent Acquisition practice. By working in partnership with our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take charge of scheduling interviews/meetings for our hiring managers in London, Munich & Milan. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we effectively identify and select the right people for our teams.

Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Scheduling phone screens, interviews and travel
  • Supporting 3 studios in the region
  • Pre-screening prospective candidates
  • Updating and maintaining our ATS (Jobvite)
  • Oversight of employee referral program
  • Managing job postings across multiple platforms
  • Active sourcing and pooling of creative and operations talent
  • Managing the internship program (outreach, events, recruitment)
  • Regular attendance at industry events and meet ups 

You Are

Someone who wants to influence your own development. You bring to the organization the following competencies;

  • 2-3 years of staffing/recruiting industry experience (in-house and 3rd party preferred)
  • Exemplary communication skills in both German and English (verbal and written) a must
  • Experience with utilising creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to target candidates using Boolean search strings, social media, events, and groups, etc.
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn, XING and other social recruitment methods
  • Experience with ATS systems
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work on a team as well as independently
  • Advanced MS Suite skills (most specifically, Outlook calendaring and Excel)
  • Incredibly detail oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Knowledge of design and client services landscape a plus
  • Proven ability to succeed in a matrix business environment
  • Knowledge of EU (specifically German) HR guidelines a plus
  • EU citizenship or equivalent German work eligibility
