What will you do?

A Motion/3D Designer simply enjoys designing. Regardless of whether it’s a short sprint or a long-term project. He/She is not limited to one style, but likes to explore various design/motion variants. He/She is not limited to motion, but also enjoys working in 3D programs. Exploring the possibilities within a design system inspires his pioneering spirit and He/She likes to work it out in detail.

He/She has a distinct feeling for shapes and proportions, a refined understanding of timing and sequencing, a deep understanding of 3D space and is able to set features into motion in various styles. Still He/She is a designer, not a stylist - always having the full picture/experience in mind. Solid software skills and a hunger for creative input and output are mandatory.

He/She collaborates closely with UXUI Designers as well as the Creative Technologists. He/She supports all forms of prototyping and making experiences tangible. He/She can explain why He/She does something and how his work contributes to the common effort and results. He/She questions constantly if his work is effectively communicating what it needs to.
