We are looking for a Graphic & Interaction Designer to help build our core design practice, collaborating with multidisciplinary strategists, technologists and creatives to develop and deliver innovation to our clients worldwide.

This is an opportunity to craft brilliant, unique designs across a broad range of media including video, print, communication & presentation design, and interactive UX/UI platforms, while shaping the future of design innovation at scale. Your work will live at the intersection of client needs, commercial pragmatism, creative vision and functional beauty.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As a part of our design team you will need to be exceptionally proficient in both technical production and educating others in best practices, uses, and understanding of graphic, communication, and UI/UX Design. As a Designer with our team you will demonstrate and be held responsible for:

  • Design Innovation: Participate in multidisciplinary team work to conceptualize, strategize, ideate, and prototype thoughtful solutions to client needs
  • Visual Craftsmanship: Create visual designs that demonstrate a high level of graphic composition, interactive usability, and creative problem solving
  • Creative Direction: Explore multiple creative design directions and bring them to life through moodboards, storyboards, wireframes, user personas, motion graphics and functional interactive prototypes
  • User & Usability Research: Participate in user research and testing to assess real-world usability, consumer understanding and commercial application of your designs
  • Presentation & Storytelling: Present and explain design directions to both internal and client-facing teams in a thoughtful manner, sharing your insights and rationale in a smart and compelling way

You will report to our Head of Design and will work closely with our commercial strategy & idea development teams to manifest innovation for our clients.

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • You should have 3-6 years’ experience of increasing responsibility designing across a breadth of media from physical print media and packaging, to digital applications and interactive experiences
  • You should have significant experience and/or advanced degrees in Design or related fields, demonstrating a broad portfolio of conceptual, aesthetic and interaction design skills
  • You should have a strong understanding of and ability to teach visual design principles and best practices in addition to being able to present quality work with supporting rationale
  • You should have a bias towards prototyping, and be comfortable working in an iterative design environment with sprint based methodologies across multidisciplinary teams
  • You should be self-propelled by restless curiosity, resourceful in scouring the world for insight, and comfortable in a highly charged idea-centric environment
  • Additionally, your portfolio should demonstrate expert proficiency with:
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • Google Apps
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Interactive & progressive design & prototyping software, including Figma, Sketch & Invision

 

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • You have deep experience and a proven ability in conceptualizing, curating, and crafting compelling strategy-driven designs as demonstrated across a diverse portfolio
  • You have a deep understanding of graphic design best practices, including digital UX/UI design, and are able to both debate the best route forward and lead others along your path
  • You have a deep curiosity about human behavior across all demographics and a thorough understanding of the effects of design on usability
  • You create both independently and collaboratively and are able to manage multiple work streams while navigating ambiguity and a variety of stakeholder needs
  • At your core you are passionate about bringing ideas to life in a user-centered, emotionally engaging, and visually stunning way
