What will you be doing?

The Marketing Visual Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and designing forward-thinking visual design and design systems across frog’s public facing platforms. This includes the frog website, social media channels, digital and print publications, along with identities for events and programs. The Marketing Visual Designer will work in close collaboration with the Marketing Art Director and Editorial Director, along with other members of the Marketing team.  

We want you to have:

  • 3+ years of professional design experience
  • Dynamic and intentional use of typography, grids, layout, color, shape and imagery across media
  • Ability to create scalable design language systems across platforms
  • A practice of fantastic attention to detail, while also being a creative problem solver
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to take direction, to receive feedback and to execute accordingly
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible as project types and requirements change
  • Passion and knowledge of contemporary design studios and trends
  • An interest in how design studios, agencies and organizations brand themselves
  • Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams
  • Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods
  • Proficiency on digital illustrations
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics
  • Affinity with frog’s values and a passion for creating products that meet peoples functional and emotional needs
  • Business level ability in English

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • HTML and/or CSS experience
  • Familiarity with Word Press CMS and basic web development skills
