The Position:Senior Program Manager-Innovation Design Project Management
The Senior Program Manager role manages large, complex programs from inception through completion and is primarily responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring that delivery meets expectations. This position plays a multi-faceted role within frog: first and foremost they are responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle: diagnosing client needs, managing project teams, and leveraging the knowledge and creativity of colleagues to generate robust business solutions. frog Senior Program Managers also serve as client-facing leaders, overseeing the day-to-day relationships with our clients, providing thoughtful and pragmatic leadership.
