frog design Appoints General Manager for Shanghai Studio

Shanghai/Palo Alto – March 19, 2008 – Strategic-creative consultancy frog design, inc. has named Ying Zhang to the role of general manager and client partner for Asia. A Beijing native, Zhang joins frog from Ogilvy & Mather where she spent nine years, most recently serving as a business director working with clients such as Lenovo and China Mobile. frog opened its Shanghai studio in March of 2007, and currently works with Fortune 500 clients including Disney, GE, HP, Lenovo and Microsoft to provide high-level business strategy, software and UI development, industrial design, engineering, and branding.

Based in Shanghai, Zhang will work closely with frog’s executive management team to oversee client development and drive growth for frog in Asia. She will also be responsible for providing strategic leadership for frog’s current clients in the region, establishing new executive level relationships, and further expanding frog’s team in Shanghai.
