World Economic Forum

The GGC was created in 2007 to recognize and support the next generation of industry leaders as they navigate new geographies, markets, cultures, and regulatory systems to become a global force in social and economic development.

UNICEF

frog serves as the lead design and innovation partner with UNICEF on a major mHealth initiative to improve maternal and infant health and welfare in urban Malawi and rural Zambia. The project is part of frog’s Mobile Mandate platform. UNICEF was created by the United Nations in 1946 to provide food and healthcare to children affected by World War II. It now provides long-term humanitarian and developmental assistance to children and mothers in developing countries.

The Economist

frog partnered with The Economist to conduct a day of design research for its conference series The Ideas Economy: Ideas That Press Forward. The research was conducted at the New York event, Human Potential 2010, where our designers looked at conference going and the idea of human potential. The Ideas Economy conference series is a part of The Economist Newspaper Company, publishers of the popular publication. Events take place around the world.

PopTech

frog serves as the lead design and innovation partner of PopTech, a social-innovation network and thought-leadership forum. Together with international medical experts and aid workers, we explore new ways of using mobile technologies to close the gaps in knowledge and human resources that have crippled efforts to address the HIV/AIDS and TB epidemics in Africa. Project Masiluleke is the signature program of this partnership.

Design Ignites Change

frog is a sponsor of Design Ignites Change, a program that encourages talented high school and college students to use the power of design to address social issues in their local communities through substantive public projects. A major component of the initiative is a mentoring program through which college and university students, educators and creative professionals, work with underserved high school students to develop projects that will benefit their own communities.

PSFK

frog is an official content partner of PSFK. The New York based trend spotting website republishes frog's featured articles from design mind. The website receives over a million readers each month from the design, digital, marketing and technology industries.

Telco 2.0

frog is an official sponsor of Telco 2.0 New Digital Economics conferences in New York and London. Telco 2.0 is a London-based research firm focusing on innovative business models for the telco industry. It cultivates a strong network of decision-makers and runs several industry conferences, some of which in collaboration with the World Economic Forum.

South by Southwest Interactive

frog is a longtime sponsor of the South by Southwest Interactive festival, the host of its annual opening party, and a regular participant in its panel discussions and presentations. In 2008, we designed and developed the official SXSWi online community hub, offering users direct access to event videos, images, and news. Our 2010 party featured augmented reality portable potties, an RFID-tracked bar, and a “Woofie Wall” that tracked partygoers' interactions.

i7

frog is an official sponsor, along with Cap Gemini and others, of the i7 Summit.The i7 summit is an annual invite-only conference that gathers 250 select attendees from MNCs, large European corporations, start-ups, VCs, and academia for a two-day dialogue on “Technology, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Society.”

Greennovate

frog and Greennovate joined forces in an open initiative called MaGiC, Made GREEN in China. The initiative was launched in Sept 2009 with a mission to inspire China’s youth to develop a China that is green and healthy for themselves and future generations. Greennovate is a social enterprise established in 2007 that raises environmental awareness and solutions for sustainable development for businesses and communities in China.

TED

frog is an official partner of TED, producing the TEDGlobal conference program guide as well as a special TEDGlobal edition of design mind magazine. TED started in 1984 as a nonprofit conference devoted to technology, entertainment, design. Its motto is “ideas worth spreading.” Today, it includes an annual TED Conference in Long Beach, California; a TEDGlobal event in Edinburgh, Scotland; an award-winning website; the annual TED Prize; and TEDx community events worldwide.

New Cities Foundation

frog is a member of the New Cities Foundation, a global platform for innovation and exchange on the future of urbanization. As a partner, frog provides valuable insights on the importance of design, user experience, and connected ecosystems in the urban world and engages the community to help shape the next urban revolution. The New Cities Foundation's rapidly-growing membership base includes GE, Cisco, Ericsson, Orange, the Ford Foundation, Metropolis, NYU, and others.

Continua Health Alliance

frog is a member of the Continua Health Alliance, an open-industry coalition dedicated to harnessing the power of diverse technology to improve the quality of personal healthcare. Continua hopes to empower individuals and create truly personalized health and wellness management. frog is the first design and innovation firm to join the prestigious Alliance, whose members include Baxter, Cisco, GE, IBM, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Medtronic, and Roche.

Smart Grid Consumer Collaborative

frog is an official member of the Smart Grid Consumer Collaborative, a nonprofit collaborative that brings together energy utilities, suppliers, and vendors to accelerate the adoption of a safe, friendly smart energy grid for consumers. frog helps the SGCC understand and engage consumers, identify ways to make the technology behind the grid more accessible, and enable positive behavior change related to clean energy.

The Atlantic

frog is an official content partner of The Atlantic online. frog's designers and strategists contribute original articles to the Life section of the website each week. The Atlantic is one of the United States’ oldest continuously published political and cultural magazines, and the publication’s website is a perennial finalist for a National Magazine Award for best magazine website. It receives five million unique viewers and tens of millions of page views per month.

IESE Business School and China Europe International Business School

frog partners with top-ranked international business schools IESE and CEIBS to enhance the role of design and innovation in business education. frog hosts innovation courses and workshops as part of the MBA program of CEIBS in Shanghai, IESE's executive education program in Barcelona, and the IESE Global Executive MBA program, which spans multiple locations, including Barcelona, Madrid, Shanghai, and Silicon Valley, California.

Haas School of Business

As a partner of Haas, frog will host four innovation workshops per year in return for complimentary enrollment of frogs in the school’s executive education programs. Haas is one of the highest-ranking, most prestigious business schools in the world, with several alumni at frog and a strong focus on innovation.

Joint US-China Cooperation on Clean Energy

frog serves as a partner for the Joint US-China Cooperation on Clean Energy, a nonprofit organization that aims to accelerate the greening of China to combat the effects of climate change around the world. frog contributes in-kind services as a design adviser to its Shanghai Lighting program, which seeks to replace 10 million conventional incandescent light bulbs with energy efficient compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs in Shanghai.

Lift

frog is a partner of Lift, a series of events built around a community of pioneers who get together in Europe and Asia to explore the social implications of new technologies. Each Lift conference is a three-day experience consisting of talks, workshops, interactive art, and discussions on understanding and anticipating the most important social changes, as well as meeting the people behind them.

Green Ideas, Green Actions

As a supporter of Green Ideas, Green Actions, frog develops resources and collaborates with them on events and projects to create environmentally positive design. GIGA is a China-based nonprofit research foundation working to provide Chinese designers with actionable solutions to create and support market competition for greener materials. Their mission is to set standards for the built environment for a positive impact on ecology, society, and the economy.
