- Doreen Lorenzo President
Doreen Lorenzo is the president of frog and an executive vice president and general manager of the Aricent Group, frog’s parent company. Doreen drives frog’s company strategy and oversees its worldwide operations. During her 14 years with the company, she has been instrumental in re-structuring the company, taking it from a traditional design boutique to becoming one of the world’s foremost global innovation firms, securing broad-based arrangements with an array of Fortune 500 clients. A frequent resource to various business publications, Doreen has been featured by ABC Now, Bloomberg Radio, Fast Company, The New York Times, and other media. She serves as a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Emerging Technologies, 2011-2012.

- Alec Cooper Global Vice President, Business Development
As frog's vice president of business development, Alec leads the global frog Sales team. He came to frog after diverse leadership positions at Microsoft, including General Manager for anti-piracy in China. Earlier in his career, he was a founding team member of Dell.com. Alec holds an MBA from the University of Texas.

- Theodore Forbath Vice President, Innovation Strategy
As frog’s vice president of innovation strategy, Theodore helps clients transform their products and services, key business systems, and applications into competitive global solutions. Over the past 15 years, Theodore has helped clients develop successful product strategies, innovative business models, and successful go-to-market strategies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and sociology from Brandeis University and a certificate in data communications from Northeastern University.

- Sally Dang Vice President, Finance
As vice president of finance, Sally leads frog’s global financial and accounting team. Sally and her team provide accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting to aid in business decisions and planning. She also ensures audit and tax compliance are met across all frog entities. Sally is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science from UC-Berkeley.

- Mark Rolston Chief Creative Officer
As chief creative officer, Mark is responsible for driving frog’s global creative vision. An early Web pioneer, Mark co-founded frog’s digital media group in 1996, working with clients to leverage emerging technologies and setting the tone for user interface design and e-commerce platforms. Mark has been widely quoted in the press, including in BusinessWeek, The New York Times, Technology Review, and the Wall Street Journal.

- Eric Hummel Vice President, Human Resources
As vice president of human resources, Eric leads frog’s global human resources group, developing comprehensive programs that promote frog’s mission as a human-centered organization. Prior to joining frog in our San Francisco studio, Eric worked for Intuit as the vice president of talent development and people experience. He has a doctorate in psychology and owned a psychological services company in Madison, Wisconsin, before moving to the Bay Area.

- Cyrus Ipaktchi General Counsel
Cyrus has served as general counsel at frog for over nine years. He is an experienced attorney with more than 13 years of broad legal experience. Before joining frog, Cyrus worked in private practice at two litigation firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. His specialties include complex contract negotiation and drafting, M&A, software licensing, intellectual property, commercial transactional work, employment law, real estate, and all phases of litigation and dispute resolution. Cyrus earned his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
